1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the slotpk platform available at slotpk.bio, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the slotpk platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and slotpk (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). 2 Eligibility

Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds held therein dealt with in accordance with our regulatory obligations.
• You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming activities of this nature are explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by the applicable laws of that jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of slotpk or any of its associated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

slotpk reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

3 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming services on slotpk, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one slotpk account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must notify slotpk promptly of any changes to your registered information.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: As a condition of processing withdrawals above specified thresholds and in compliance with our licensing obligations, slotpk requires all players to complete identity verification. This process involves the submission of a valid government-issued identification document (CNIC or passport) and, where required, proof of address. KYC verification is a one-time process that typically takes 10 to 15 minutes and unlocks full platform functionality including expedited withdrawal processing.

slotpk reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, freeze account balances, or close any account pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification procedures.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All transactions on the slotpk platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). slotpk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for which slotpk accepts no responsibility.

Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and slotpk reserves the right to add or remove supported methods without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: PKR 500 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: PKR 1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: KYC-verified accounts receive withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes to the originating payment method. Accounts pending KYC verification may experience extended processing times.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.

slotpk reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks on deposits and withdrawals where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Any funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities.

Chargeback requests submitted to payment providers in bad faith, where the underlying transaction was legitimate, will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. slotpk reserves the right to recover such amounts through all available legal remedies.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

slotpk offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and reload bonuses. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain after the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.

• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on slotpk — whether on sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, Mines Grand, or any other product offered on the platform — are subject to the following general rules:

• Finality of Bets: All bets are final and binding once confirmed by the slotpk system. Players are responsible for verifying the details of any wager prior to confirmation. slotpk does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly provided in the rules of the relevant game or market.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, game malfunction, or software fault — slotpk reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any erroneous payouts. slotpk will endeavour to notify affected players promptly in such circumstances.
• Maximum Payouts: slotpk applies maximum single-transaction payout limits which are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit.
• Integrity: Bets placed on events where the outcome is known to the Player at the time of placement, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing or any other integrity violation, will be voided and the relevant account may be permanently suspended.

Specific rules applicable to individual products — including cricket betting, football betting, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Mines Grand, and slot games — are published within the relevant sections of the slotpk platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the slotpk platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Opening or operating more than one slotpk account.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your slotpk account.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties.
• Attempting to launder money or use slotpk for any purpose other than legitimate gaming entertainment.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in published odds, or any other technical flaw in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour.
• Using the platform in any manner that may cause damage to, overburden, or impair the slotpk infrastructure or systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward slotpk staff or other platform users.

slotpk reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold and/or forfeit any balance held in such accounts where legally permitted, and pursue appropriate legal remedies.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the slotpk platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive property of slotpk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the slotpk platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any slotpk content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the slotpk platform.
• Use slotpk's trademarks or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

The slotpk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slotpk disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use thereof.

slotpk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption, delay, or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill howsoever caused.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Your reliance on any content or information published on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit slotpk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

In any event, slotpk's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your slotpk account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of any formal dispute resolution process.
